Right of return:
When purchasing products, you have 14 days to dissolve the contract without giving reasons. This reflection period starts the day after receipt of the product. If you first notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can of course also return the products without prior notice within 14 days of receipt, as long as you enclose a notice (e.g. by means of the model form) indicating your wish to withdraw, use of the form is not obligatory. We request that you handle the product and packaging with care. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, we recommend that you enclose our packing slip or invoice for quick processing. We ask that, if reasonably possible, you return the product in its original and undamaged packaging. In case of any damage/visible signs of use and/or an unstamped return, there may be a charge/value reduction, this will be deducted from the refundable order amount.

If you use the right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the costs of return shipment. If you have paid an amount, this amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after dissolution. The amounts paid will be refunded in the same way as you have paid the webshop.
Return Costs & Responsibility
Return shipping costs (within the above return policy) are at your own expense. Also if a shipment is refused or not picked up at a collection point, return costs will be charged, we will then deduct these costs from the refundable amount. Returns fall under your own responsibility, we therefore recommend an insured shipment against loss / damage en route, however, you remain free to choose your own shipping method / carrier.
Warranty Provisions:
You have a legal warranty on all products you buy from our online store. This means that the product must do what you as a customer can reasonably expect. A product should have no defects, which are not to be expected during its expected lifetime with normal use. Some products have a longer (factory) warranty period, if this is the case then this is clearly stated on the packaging, this factory warranty does not affect the statutory warranty. The warranty does not cover wear and tear that can be considered normal or caused by improper use or intent or gross negligence of the customer or third parties. If you want to claim warranty, we will handle this for you. Mail or call us for more information.
Complaint handling:
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint or problem about one of our products or about our service. We would like to help you solve your problem or complaint, we would therefore like to ask you to report it to us by email. If you wish, you can also do this by post and/or telephone. Our staff will review the complaint and try to resolve it to your satisfaction. After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 2 days after receipt, if it takes more time, we will notify you.
We are affiliated with Thuiswinkelwaarborg, are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel, which is fully recognized by the consumer association, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague www.sgc.nl. You can also submit your complaint to the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform
