Nordic walking is a perfect way to activate your entire body, and the right poles are an essential part. Nordic walking poles ensure that a high efficiency is achieved with a relatively low level of effort. These aluminum walking poles from Abbey are designed to combine all the important elements of Nordic walking poles.

It is important that the poles have the correct length to provide the right support and stability. The Abbey Nordic Walking poles are 2-part and adjustable from 86 to 140 cm. The trekking poles are made of lightweight, durable aluminum with a rotation lock, allowing you to easily adjust the poles to the desired length.

The handles are anatomically shaped and made of rubber for an extra comfortable grip. The padded, adjustable neoprene wristbands with Velcro are indispensable during walking, allowing you to release and re-grasp the poles without them falling. With the tip of the pole, you get a good grip and can push yourself forward. The interchangeable caps provide slip resistance and grip on harder surfaces.
