Shipping costs(NL):
- You pay no shipping costs for the standard shipping option with us if you order for more than €49. If you place an order of which the order amount is lower than €49,- you pay a contribution to the shipping costs of €4,95 (Standard shipping).
- Other shipping options may include an additional surcharge.
- If your order fits through the mailbox, we will send it as a mailbox piece, you do not have to be home at the time of delivery.
- The shipping contribution is fixed up to an order amount of €49, even if we send it as a mail piece or letterbox package. This is already taken into account in the pricing of small products.
Can I pay only after receiving my order?
It is possible to pay only after receipt of your order. During the ordering process you can choose to pay afterwards via Klarna (this does incur additional costs).
Gift card / discount code
- We unfortunately do not currently accept Gift Cards other than those we issue ourselves. Interested in purchasing a gift card? Please contact our customer service!
- Have you received a discount code from us? You can enter it in the shopping cart overview under the cost overview.
What are the options if a product does not meet my expectations?
If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to abandon the purchase. You then have another 14 days to return the product. For more information, visit this page: Returns and Complaint Handling.
How long do I have a warranty?
- The standard legal warranty applies to all products, of course, and often even more with specific brands or high-end items. If the warranty is longer than the statutory period it is stated on / with the product. This additional warranty does not detract from the legal warranty and is only an addition.
- Warranty does not apply to wear and tear that can be considered normal, or is caused by improper use or intent or gross negligence of the customer. Our returns department will initially assess whether a warranty applies. See the following page for more information Returns and Complaint Handling.
What is the delivery time?
- Look at delivery times for an indication of the delivery day. If you place an order before 2 p.m., it will be sent on working days (Mon to Fri) the same day*, PostNL delivers 98% of these parcels the next day. For Belgium and Germany there is an additional delivery time of +/- 3 to 5 working days.
* For exceptions, this is mentioned on the product page.
What happens if I am not home on the delivery day?
- If your package fits through the mailbox, the package is simply pushed into the mailbox. If it does not fit through the mailbox, your package is often offered to the surrounding neighbors or the deliveryman returns the next day, then the package goes to a collection point in your area, where you have to pick it up yourself within 7 days. If you do not want this then you can choose to specify an alternative delivery address (for example, at work).
Can I get an extra discount?

Security:
- Our website has an ssl certificate at the pages where you enter personal information, such as in the shopping cart as on the contact page you will see a lock in the internet address bar also you will see that the URL changes to https. This means that the information you enter is sent encrypted and cannot be viewed by criminals.
Payment methods:
- IDEAL (free):iDEAL is the most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. At least 60% of Dutch shoppers use it to pay for their online purchases. It is a reliable and easy online payment method that enjoys a lot of trust. You transfer money from your own account, using your own bank's online banking product. This guarantees a successful payment. Your bank further guarantees the security of the transaction.
- Klarna Pay afterwards (€1,- + 2,99%): Order online now, pay afterwards what you want to keep. Paying with Klarna is very easy. You order and receive what you need and select during the payment process that you want to pay with 'Klarna'. After receiving your order, you only have to pay for what you want to keep. You receive a convenient invoice from Klarna, which you then pay within 14 days. That way, you don't have the hassle of paying in advance while you're still waiting for your order! It's that simple! (Note: You handle the payment with Klarna, so do NOT transfer the invoice amount to us!)
- PayPal (€0.45 + 3.4%): You will be automatically linked to the PayPal website where you can log in to your account. PayPal is the most widely used online wallet worldwide, with over 184 million active users. It is available as a payment method in 202 countries and is also increasingly used in the Netherlands. Every year, more than 4 million online purchases are paid via PayPal in the Netherlands.
- Credit card (free): MasterCard / Visa. Worldwide, most online purchases are paid by credit card. Cardholders can make purchases on credit and later repay, usually at the end or beginning of the month, the entire amount spent during month. World-renowned credit card companies inspire trust among customers and consumers, and typically offer extensive buyer protection and insurance.
- Bancontact (€0.39): Bancontact is a Belgian payment scheme. It is the Belgian market leader in electronic payments, with over 15 million cardholders. More than 80% of Belgian Web shops already accept Bancontact as a payment method. When using Bancontact to pay for online purchases, consumers transfer money from their bank account using the familiar Bancontact online banking environment. Retailers receive immediate confirmation of the status of the payment, so orders can also be processed immediately.
- KBC (€0.25 + 1%): The KBC/CBC Payment Button is an online payment method for customers of KBC and CBC, together the largest bank in Belgium. KBC focuses on Flanders and CBC on Wallonia. The banks offer their customers a payment button that allows easy and quick online payment. Via the KBC/CBC Payment Button, customers pay for their online purchases from their own familiar online banking environment. Payments are processed immediately.
- Belfius (€0.25 + 1%): Belfius is one of the largest banks in Belgium. With the Belfius Pay Button, the bank provides its customers with its own payment solution. Consumers with a Belfius account can use Belfius Pay Button to make direct payments from Belfius Direct Net, Belfius' online banking product, or via the app. This makes it a very convenient payment method for web shops and their customers, as orders can be processed immediately once the payment has been made.
- Giropay (€0.25 + 1.5%): Giropay is an online payment method that originated in Germany. It allows users to make secure payments for online purchases directly from their bank account.
- Maestro (€0.39): Maestro is an international debit card system operated by Mastercard. It is commonly used for electronic payments and ATM withdrawals. Maestro cards are linked to cardholders' bank accounts and allow them to make transactions as long as there is sufficient balance in their account.
- Pay after receipt (€1 + 3%): “Pay after receipt” is a payment option from payment provider MultiSafePay. It allows customers to receive their purchases before they actually pay. Instead of paying in advance online, payment is delayed until the customer receives the goods.
How do you collect reviews and how do I know they are genuine?
