The Spyderco Military is the coming together of an EDC (Every Day Carry) and a Tactical pocket knife and the long-awaited successor to the now iconic Military.
With its light weight and high-quality construction, the Military 2 is the ideal choice for a Tactical EDC knife.

The drop point blade is made of CPM S90V, this steel was introduced in 1996 by steel producer Crucible under the name CMP-420V which was later changed to CPM-S90V. By using an increased amount of Vanadium instead of chromium, S90V has a very high wear resistance without compromising sharpness retention and corrosion resistance.

Of course, the blade is equipped with the well-known Spyderco hole for a one-handed opening. Then the Compression Lock will securely lock the blade in the open position. Although often confused as a “LinerLock on the back of the handle, the Compression Lock is actually totally different. It works opposite of a LinerLock. This patented mechanism is also considerably stronger than most LinerLocks, and the location of this lock makes the knife safe to close with one hand without putting your fingers in the way of the cutting edge.

The handle of the Military 2 is made of Carbon Fiber scales with stainless steel liners. This material not only provides excellent grip under even the toughest conditions, but also a very luxurious look.

The Spyderco is finished off with a nice four-position pocket clip and a cord eye.
