Old Bear - Mushroom - Walnut - M

Old bear's Mushroom line is designed specifically for harvesting mushrooms. This can be seen in the shape of the blade and the tassel on the handle.

The blade is made of high quality W.1.4060 nitrogen stainless steel this is stone ground for a razor sharp finish that stays sharp.

The ergonomic handle is made of oiled walnut and will develop a natural patina during its life.

The Mushroom also features a Ring-Lock, this brass locking device keeps the knife firmly in place both closed and opened. Also, the lock has a small torx screw (screwdriver included) that allows you to adjust the clamping of the blade, this allows you to adjust with knife perfectly to your preference.

The brush on the back of the handle is made of 20mm long horsehair and this is ideal for cleaning your freshly harvested mushrooms.
