Spyderco - Microjimbo - Black/Black - CPM S30V PE

The spyderco Microjimbo is a tactical knife and the little brother of the Yojimbo 2, this too is a collaboration between Spyderco and self-defense expert Michael Janich.

The blade is made of CPM S30V steel, a type of steel known for its long retention of sharpness and good sharpenability.
Furthermore, the blade is finished in with a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating. This coating is not only there for appearance but DLC also has a number of positive effects on the blade, namely reducing friction and increasing wear resistance. This keeps the Microjimbo protected longer.

Also, the blade is equipped with the already well-known Spyderco hole for a one-handed opening. Furthermore, the Microjimbo is equipped with a Compression Lock mechanism.

The handle is made of textured G10, this is a composite material with excellent abrasion resistance, a firm grip (even in wet conditions).
