Morakniv - Garberg - Dala Red

The Morakniv Garberg Dala Red is a durable all-rounder.

The “full tang” blade extends all the way into the handle and is a whopping 3.2 mm thick. The razor-sharp blade is made of 100% recycled Swedish stainless steel, a sustainable and local way of dealing with a scarce material. This type of steel has excellent toughness, sharpness retention and durability.
Furthermore, the blade is polished, making it easy to clean. The back of the blade is ground flat to make it suitable for use with a firesteel.

The handle is made of textured Dala red plastic. This handle makes the knife surprisingly light and easy to clean. Furthermore, the integrated texture provides a fantastic grip in all weather conditions.
Dala red is Mora's well-known color, derived from the traditional red wooden houses in the Dalarna region.

The Garberg comes with a molded plastic sheath equipped with a leather belt loop. The Garberg also features a lanyard eye.
