On long hikes or hikes, it is always useful to bring the right poles. Abbey trekking poles are designed to help you keep your balance, give you extra support when climbing and distribute the effort between your arms and legs.

The trekking poles are made of lightweight, durable aluminum with an internal shock absorbing system (anti-shock) to minimize stress on the joints.

It is important that the poles are the right length and these Abbey poles are therefore telescopically adjustable from 63 to 135 cm. For optimal support, the forearm of the arm you use to hold the stick should form a right angle with your body.

Furthermore, the hiking poles have anatomically shaped, rubber handles with an adjustable wrist loop, indispensable for proper support and for extra push-off force. The steel tip is extra sturdy and can handle any rock.
