Samura - Kaiju Santoku Knife
The Samura Kaiju Santoku Knife is a hefty kitchen knife with a traditional Japanese look.
Superbly designed blade made of AUS-8 stainless steel. This originally Japanese steel is known for its toughness and sharpness retention. The blade also has a special finish that prevents products from sticking to the knife.
The handle is made of pakkawood, which is a combination of wood and epoxy. This provides the beautiful look of wood with more flexibility and is easy to clean.
The Santoku knife resembles the European chef's knife but is slightly shorter, thinner and lighter. This makes it easier to cut even more precisely. It is suitable for almost all cutting tasks but is perfect for slicing, dicing and fine slicing.
The knife lasts the longest if not cleaned in the dishwasher.
