Samura - Electric Diamond Knife Sharpener

The Samura Electric Diamond Knife Sharpener is an electric sharpener for sharpening steel and ceramic knives. Suitable for kitchen knives, chopping knives, ceramic knives and fillet knives, for example.

The Samura Electric Diamond Knife Sharpener uses coarse diamond metal discs in step 1, and fine diamond discs in step 2. Use the diamondized metal discs to sharpen both sides of the knife.

Insert the blade from the back and slowly pull the knife toward you. This does not require much force. Keep repeating this until all burrs and impurities are removed from the blade.

Use the fine diamond discs to polish the knife. This creates a sharp and even cut which ensures longer retention of sharpness. You can also use the fine diamond discs for light sharpening work, for example to remove only the burrs.

Also possibly suitable for sharpening serrated knives.
