This Avento gym ball with a diameter of 75 cm is ideal for sit-ups, back exercises and general fitness training. But the Swiss ball is also used to increase torso stability and to perform various aerobics and physical therapy exercises.

In addition, the gym ball is increasingly being used as a substitute for a (desk) chair, allowing a better sitting posture and strengthening various muscles unnoticed. Suitable for a user with a body height of approximately 185 to 195 cm and a body weight of up to 100 kg.

The yoga ball is made of anti-burst quality so that it does not suddenly explode when overloaded or in contact with sharp objects. The fitness ball has a diameter of 75 cm and is skin-friendly and anti-static so that dust is not attracted.
