The Heavy Duty Jumping Rope Set from Avento is everything you need. This speedrope set is made of high-quality materials and comes with two different interchangeable cords, allowing you to easily switch between different levels. The handles of the jump rope are weight adjustable, allowing you to gradually make your workout heavier on your own. The rope keeps moving smoothly as you use more strength.

The set comes with one cord for all the jump rope exercises that complete your workout and one additional, lightweight cord especially for the faster exercises and cardio training. The deluxe set is durable and user-friendly, for example, the handles with non-slip tape give you more grip and comfort. The handles are weighted, so the upper body is also trained intensively. In addition, the handles are equipped with bearings, which ensure that the jump rope keeps turning quickly and smoothly while jumping.

The rope is made of steel wire with a protective coating which prevents knots and injuries and is wear-resistant. In addition, the set comes with an extra protective plastic sheath to prevent wear and tear. Use the jump rope during a warm-up for boxing or fitness or as the main part of your workout.

The cord is easily adjustable in length, without tools, using the included screws. You can easily keep the whole set together and take it with you in the convenient carrying case with drawstring and clasp.
