These nordicwalking sticks are ideal for beginners because they are adjustable in height. They are made of 6061 aluminum alloy and this means that the sticks are firm and not too heavy. The sticks are equipped with an anatomical handle with comfortable neoprene wristband. The sticks can be set at a length between 86 and 140 cm and can be used for everyone. The sticks are supplied with shoe -shaped TPR Nordic Fitness end stop and a plastic ring for the bottom for extra grip in mud or snow. Furthermore, you get 2 clamps with the sticks to keep them together when you store them.
