The Extra Skillet is with its 31.5 cm the largest in the family. A heavy boy whole of cast iron and therefore conducts the heat well. Use the pan inside the oven, on the stove and on induction or get started outside in/on the BBQ, a stove or with wood, charcoal, briquettes or open fire on your own fireplace.
The older models had no handle at the front. All current models that are sold do have this.
