The Fallkniven R2 Scout is a compact full-tang outdoor knife.

he knife sheath has a two-way locking system, partially spring-assisted locking that keeps the knife securely in the sheath, locking it 100% securely in place.

The steel used is a world-class Swedish powder steel (Elmax) that is carefully tempered, cooled to minus 190°C and then tempered for two hours to a hardness of HRC 61/62.

It produces a tough yet hard steel that stays sharp for a long time without becoming brittle.
